Inspirative Arts provide creative art therapies and creative wellbeing sessions for individuals, families and groups. The service is based in Derby city centre and outreach work is also provided across Derbyshire and beyond. Scraggy Moo has delivered a gardening group, creative arts and crafts sessions for groups of carers, adults with learning difficulties, adults with mental health needs and adults with autism. Using the arts to explore aspects of self to release, reflect and respond to their innermost thoughts and feelings in the safe containment of 1:1 sessions and groups.

As part of the Rewild gardening group participants recycled items that could potentially end up in landfill to decorate the garden spaces at Inspirative Arts.
I worked with a dementia project to transform a clothes rail into a room divider. Together with a group of participants, individuals created a variety of crafts over a series of sessions to hang onto the frame.
As a Creative Wellbeing Specialist for Inspirative Arts I facilitated a free family drop in workshop for children to reflect on the power of their kindness.
I designed a 6 week course for carers to enjoy tapping into their on creative energy. Collage, drawing and writing was a combination of art forms used.
