The very essence of who I am and the creative experiences I facilitate is all in the name of my freelance business. My childhood nickname was Scraggy Moo as I always enjoyed getting my hands into something messy! I was never hesistant to have a go at drawing, collage work, painting and playing around with ideas, I was purely having fun! I was not looking for the perfect outcome I was just finding a release for the sensory overload of colours, shapes, patterns and forms all around me in our natural world. 

I believe every child and adult are innate with creative energy. The nature of my creative workshops originate around exploring materials and experimenting with art techniques that on a deeper, introspective level is a way of expressing our own thoughts, emotions and imaginations. In the moment you connect with your art and essentially yourself, it can relieve your mind and body of any stress. The creative process can be therapeutic. Hence my tagline Light He-ART-ed Fun- I hope from your time creating, talking and laughing with me, and alongside others, you feel uplifted, more relaxed and inspired to be your true authentic self.
